Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of being able to open the windows for some fresh air. The dining room was lovely and the overall atmosphere was so cozy. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, nestled next to the beautiful Candie Gardens and offering breathtaking views. The dining experience was delightful with a great selection of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers lovely touches like great towels, pillows, and a comfy bed with slightly dated rooms but stunning views of Victoria Tower and a green landscape. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who engage in conversation whenever possible. The location is ideal, high above St Peter Port in a quiet area opposite a park with superb harbor views. Dining options are varied with fresh choices, though some dishes may be a disappointment. Overall, a beautiful hotel in Guernsey with excellent service and breathtaking views.
The stay was somewhat mixed. The Sark Suite I stayed in was very spacious and delightful, but it was cold when I arrived. The service was excellent, especially the helpful receptionist, and the location was fantastic with beautiful decor. The dining experience was quite pleasing with a good variety of choices.
Upon arrival at 5 pm, the room was a bit chilly, but the issue cleared up after a couple of days. The surcharge for adjustments was a minor inconvenience. The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere once settled in.
